Discipline and absence regulations / Stanisław Staszic State University of Applied Sciences in Piła

The student is obliged to actively participate in all classes provided for in the study program and to timely fulfill all obligations arising from the study program and study regulations, as well as other applicable regulations in this regard. In particular, the student is obliged to obtain the required credits and take exams on time.
Education at the University takes the form of lectures, seminars, conversation classes, exercises (including language classes, laboratories, projects, etc.), consultations and internships.
Students' attendance is monitored at all classes.
A student's absence from classes is justified by the instructor, based on the documents presented by the student.
Absence from classes may be justified by a medical certificate confirming temporary inability to participate in classes or by demonstrating other important reasons, including accidental ones, preventing participation in classes, that would justify justifying the absence.
The absence should be justified by the teacher immediately, but no later than within 7 days after the reason for the absence disappears.
The teacher determines the method and deadline for the student to make up any arrears resulting from absences.
